Hundreds of law firm Managing Partners, Chairs and other key leaders have attended Altman Weil’s Excellence in Law Firm Leadership roundtable since its inception in 2001.  The program is consistently praised for its “superb practical advice” based on “boots on the ground experience” that provides law firm leaders with “a framework for action.”

The program is presented by Altman Weil consultants Jim Cotterman and Eric Seeger who bring an exceptional level of insight and experience to law firm leadership challenges.  With decades of experience advising hundreds of law firms, they have seen effective leadership in action and know the common denominators of success.
