Law Firm Strategist Eric Seeger Joins Legal Consultants Altman Weil, Inc.

Eric A. Seeger, an adjunct consultant with Altman Weil, Inc., has joined the firm on a full-time basis as a Senior Consultant.  Mr. Seeger works with law firms on strategic planning projects involving strategy formulation, competitive analysis, merger, expansion and business development.

Mr. Seeger was formerly President of E Head Productions, Inc. and Executive Hotline Business Research & Analysis, which he founded in 2002.  In that capacity, he provided research, analysis and strategic decision support to law firms and corporate executives. 

Prior to 2002, he served as Strategic Planning Officer at a 150-lawyer law firm and previously as Market Analyst for a multi-national corporation. He has advised managing partners and senior management teams for more than 14 years. His professional experience includes a mix of strategic, analytical, financial, data sharing and process improvement projects.

Mr. Seeger holds an MBA from Tulane University with emphasis in strategy and general management. His undergraduate work included intensive study in logic and philosophy at the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, England.
