Tips for Structuring Preferred Provider Relationships with Law Firms
With more attention given to structuring win-win relationships, in-house counsel can collaborate with their preferred law firms in order to simultaneously enhance the quality of legal services provided and improve each other's bottom lines, according to a panel of senior in-house counsel who gathered at a 2003 forum as part of Martindale-Hubbell's Counsel To Counsel series.
The session was attended by a dozen high-level corporate counsel from leading American companies, including Microsoft, Oracle, ConocoPhilips, Nissan, Nintendo and AT&T Wireless.
