Law Firm Financial Expert William F. Brennan Joins Legal Consultants Altman Weil, Inc.
Newtown Square, PA, June 12, 2002 — William F. Brennan, a financial consultant and executive with over 20 years experience in the legal profession, has joined Altman Weil, Inc. In his new position, Brennan will initially focus his practice on merger integration and law firm cost reduction services.
Since 1990, Mr. Brennan has worked as a consultant specializing in financial management services exclusively for law firms. His practice focused on developing strategic business plans; improving profitability; and planning, structuring and implementing mergers and acquisitions.
From 1981 to1990, Brennan served as Director of Administration and Chief Financial Officer at two AmLaw 200 law firms. He began his career at Price Waterhouse as an accountant and consultant specializing in financial planning.

Brennan received his B.S. from Franklin & Marshall College and has achieved the designation of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Management Accountant (CMA). He is past Vice Chair of Finance of the Law Practice Management Section of the American Bar Association, and a Past President of the Association of Legal Administrators, Philadelphia Chapter.
He has written law office management articles published by numerous publications including the American Bar Association’s Law Practice Management magazine. He has lectured extensively on management issues pertaining to the legal profession, including presentations for the ABA, local bar associations, and various chapters of the Association of Legal Administrators.
