Daniel J. DiLucchio, Jr. is a principal of Altman Weil, Inc. He has been providing management and consulting services to corporate law departments and law firms for over two decades. His consulting practice includes areas of strategic and organizational importance to corporate law departments and law firms.
Before joining Altman Weil, Mr. DiLucchio was the Director of Management for the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General.
Mr. DiLucchio has had dozens of articles published in legal publications including Corporate Legal Times, National Law Journal, The American Lawyer, Corporate Counsel and many others. He is a speaker on management-related topics at conferences, panels, planning retreats, meetings, and seminars throughout the U.S., Canada, Europe, Singapore and the United Kingdom. He has been frequently quoted in the legal press and management publications. He is a Fellow in the College of Law Practice Management.
In addition to his consulting, Mr. DiLucchio teaches an undergraduate course in Business Ethics, and has served on the adjunct faculty of the Organizational Leadership graduate program at Neumann College, located in Aston, Pennsylvania.
Education
He is a graduate of John Carroll University, holds an M.A. in Industrial Relations from St. Francis College, and has completed his doctoral course work at the University of Pennsylvania. Most recently Mr. DiLucchio attended the Harvard Business School Program, “Managing Professional Service Firms,” as well as The MIT Sloan School of Management Executive Program, “Reinventing Your Business Strategy.”He has been designated a Certified Master Coach by the Behavioral Coaching Institute and is a member of the International Coaching Council.
